There are multiple wells including 2 solar wells that both have ample storage. A 35,000-gallon cistern and a 15,000-gallon bottomless tank. The bottomless tank has a great trap in the corners of 4 of the pastures, making it easy to rotate pastures, doctor animals and manage grass. In the  of a section on the west side of RD 49 there is a submersible that feeds the 3 tanks in each pasture. A new easement agreement for Carbon Storage exploration has been entered into in 2024 with Tall Grass High Plains Carbon Storage.  The operator is seeking to sequester carbon in large underground pore spaces around 6,500 feet below the surface.  Approximately 300,000 acres in Wyoming and Nebraska are being considered for the sequestration project.  The agreement protects the owner from liability and damages.  The term of the agreement provides for an initial term and an extended initial term.  Payments are as follows:

Initial Term: Years 1 - 3 = $15/acre
Extended Term: Years 4  6 = $25/acre
Years 7  9 = $35/acre
Years 10-12=$45/acre

During the initial/extended initial term the carbon injection may begin at which time the payments will be revised based upon metered injection of Carbon Dioxide equal to $1/metric ton with minimum injection payments as follows:

Years 1-3 = $25/year
Years 4-7 = $15/year
Years 8-12 = $10/year
Years 13 20 = $5/year
